All orders are safely delivered by a secure valid tracking system.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options(Standard/Economy/Express).
Shipments vary widely from country to country. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
(If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.)
Business days are monday-friday, excluding holidays within each country.
Our handling time(Processing time) is about 3 to 5 days.

In some countries, personally identifiable information of the importer is required. (This is subject to change.)
Argentina: ID Number (Cuit/Cuil, DNI, Passport no.)
Chile: VAT/Tax ID
India: VAT/Tax ID + Passport / Voting ID / Driver's License / PAN (Permanent Account Number) and Authorization Letter (POA)
Brazil: CNPJ/CPF Tax ID
Turkey: For goods or prices of 22 euros or more, the details are mandatory for this consignee type. (VAT/Tax ID item) / Individual-TR ID Number
Bermuda: Supplier's original invoice or proof of purchase

Korealy don't have any trouble shipping worldwide. Don't worry about it. But, it may be delayed several days in some countries.

Therefore, when you place a new order, please check your shipping area and post code.
If your customer's Postcode is like that, you can select standard & economy shipping speed. But, if not, you should select "express" only.
*US-Economy/Express : Available only in this area-Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, MP, AS
We can only ship packages to this area with Economy/Express shipping service.
*The standard shipping service to Europe (excluding the UK) does not allow the shipment of food or supplements. You will need to choose economy or express shipping for these items.
Offer Media of Packing Process
All packing courses will be photographed. Korealy will send them to you to ensure the safe arrival of products.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost.
Korealy provides you with protection against the risk of physical loss or damage to your shipments from external causes during transportation.
Shipment Insurance provides the assurance and peace of mind that your purchases are protected in the event of loss or damage in transit.
Duty and Tax
Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment.
You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination.
Korealy do not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.

RETURN/REFUND
Request a Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).
- Items must be in new and unworn condition.
- Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
- Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as foods), personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
