[Important Notice] Changes in US Shipping Policy ; US Express Shipping Service Must Be Sent via DDP (Mandatory $25 Fee)

We would like to share an important notice with you.

Due to U.S. customs policies, we had temporarily suspended the Economy service. We are pleased to inform you that the Economy service has now resumed.

Food products can now be shipped via Standard and Economy services as well.

For U.S. standard & economy shipments, all deliveries will also proceed under the DDP method, and all taxes will be fully covered by us.

US Express Shipping Service Must Be Sent via DDP (Mandatory $25 Fee)
Due to a recent sudden change in U.S. customs policy, FedEx has informed us that all express shipments to the United States must now be sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). As a result, a mandatory DDP service fee of $25 will apply to each express shipment. In addition, an emergency surcharge of $2 per kilogram, as well as any applicable duties and taxes, must also be paid.

Additionally, if any taxes are later incurred, we will pay them on your behalf and issue a second invoice accordingly for your settlement.

*Now, shipments to APO addresses are currently unavailable.

*Please kindly note that this policy may be subject to sudden changes due to operational costs and the continuously shifting customs regulations in the United States.

Lastly, please be aware that U.S. standard shipping costs will be slightly adjusted starting Jan 2026.
