Changes to Standard Shipping Service for European Countries

Please be informed that the operating policy for Standard shipping to European regions will change from July 1, 2026. Kindly refer to the following details when using Standard shipping services to Europe.

Previously, DDP service was available for certain European countries. However, going forward, DDP will no longer be provided for any European country. All European Standard shipments will be operated under DDU terms only.

Countries where Standard shipping will be available under DDU terms only:

Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Belarus, Norway, Switzerland, Türkiye, Ukraine

Countries where Standard shipping will no longer be available:

Czech Republic, Hungary, Portugal, Denmark, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

For the countries where Standard shipping is not available, please use Economy or Express shipping instead.

Please note that under DDU terms, any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
